1. About StudioHub Collective
StudioHub Collective is a platform that provides inventory management, job scheduling, and marketplace services for staging, event, and hire businesses. StudioHub Collective operates the Exchange, a marketplace where registered sellers (Tenants) can list new & ex-display staging inventory for sale to buyers.
Important: StudioHub Collective is a platform and marketplace operator. StudioHub Collective is not the seller of products listed on the Exchange. Each seller (Tenant) is responsible for their own product listings, descriptions, pricing, stock accuracy, fulfilment, refunds, and customer service.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using StudioHub Collective, including the Exchange marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4. Exchange Marketplace
The Exchange is a marketplace connecting buyers with sellers (Tenants). When you purchase items on the Exchange:
- You are purchasing directly from the seller (Tenant), not from StudioHub Collective.
- The seller is responsible for accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- The seller is responsible for stock availability and fulfilment.
- The seller handles refunds, returns, and customer service inquiries.
StudioHub Collective facilitates the transaction but does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of items listed on the Exchange.
5. Payment Processing
Payments on the Exchange may be processed by Stripe or via manual invoicing. StudioHub Collective does not store full credit card details. Payment processing is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant payment provider.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and technology on StudioHub Collective is owned by or licensed to StudioHub Collective and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudioHub Collective is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any transactions conducted through the Exchange.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand consumer protection laws.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
9. Changes to Terms
StudioHub Collective may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
