Website and enquiry data

When you send a demonstration, contact or RFI enquiry, StudioHub receives the contact details, organisation and comments you provide. The enquiry is emailed to the StudioHub team so we can respond. The public site may also use configured site analytics to understand visits and enquiry activity.

Platform and organisation data

StudioHub supports separate organisation tenants, role-based administration and centrally managed service settings. The information used by a customer deployment depends on the services and integrations selected. Access, configuration and data-handling requirements are agreed with the organisation during implementation or procurement.

Patron document workflows

Patron print, scan, copy and document workflows are distinct from website enquiry data. StudioHub provides a separate patron-facing privacy notice covering document sources, temporary files and public self-service workflows.

Your organisation's deployment

Data flows can vary according to enabled services, connected devices, payment options and third-party integrations. StudioHub does not use this overview to promise a particular hosting region, data-residency arrangement, retention period, certification, service level or regulatory outcome. Those requirements should be confirmed for the proposed deployment.
